0575218791 2018-11-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P rig 471 had drilled the 8.5-inch diameter well bore to 28,132 feet. H&P Drilling rig had run 27,806 feet of 5.5-inch diameter casing. At the time of my inspection the rig was currently circulating and conditioning the well bore. There was a 8-10 foot continuous flare at the time of my inspection. After speaking with company man Pat Smith, I informed him that they needed to get the well to a static state before they could begin their cement job. I also informed Pat that they need to continue to monitor annular pressure throughout the drilling process and between drilling and completions.
0694671272 2019-02-22 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection found the well drilling process complete and a completion stack rigged up on the well, the completion stack is owned by Silver Creek Energy. The company has annular pressure monitoring in place on the B section well head and is reporting -2 pounds pressure.
1515313173 2018-09-13 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Rig 471 had drilled the 24-inch diameter well bore to a depth of 348 feet. Franks Casing crew ran 332 feet of 18.625-inch diameter J 55 buttress thread casing at 87.5 pound per foot, with 5 feet of casing above Kelly Bushing, which is 25 feet above ground level. BJ Services was on site and rigged up their cement head and loaded lines with 5 barrels of fresh water and pressure tested to 2500 pounds per square inch. BJ Services pumped a 35-barrel gel spacer with poly flake, washed up and then pumped 143 barrels 730 sacks of 16.2 pounds per gallon Class A cement with a yield of 1.10 cubic feet per sack mixed with 4.5 gallons of water per sack. Cement was displaced with 88 barrels of fresh water, with 15 barrels of good cement to surface. Plug was bumped at 100 pounds per square inch and pressured up to 600 pounds per square inch floats did not hold pressure with 3 barrels of flowback. BJ services increased pressure to 500 pounds per square inch and cement head was shut in. I informed XTO company man Roger Leger that the casing must remain static until cement reaches a compressive strength of 500 pounds per square inch. EQT Engineer Steve Bishop said they were going to leave the casing static for 10.5 hours before any further action was taken.
1518565671 2019-04-08 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection found 3 wells were recently drilled and completed on this pad identified as the # 1 -#3 @ #5 wells. The pressure pumping crews have moved off location and crews are on site preparing the # 1 well head and area for completion drill out operations. The well head is equipped with 2 primary master valves and is currently being fitted with a Wildcat Oil Tools completion stack that will be supported by a Wildcat Oil Tools Accumilator and completion drill out pumps. Deep Well Services tubing snubbing unit # 15 is mobilizing to the pad and will rig up on the said well. I did discuss with the company men on site the annular pressure monitoring requirements and they will install gauges on the A&B sections prior to the completion drill out process. No production tubing will be set in the well and the well will be produced off the casign flow cross section. Select Energys presure control choke manifold will be used for the drill out only. A total of (9) 500 barrel horizontal tanks will be used to support the completion drill out process, 4 will be for return fluid and 5 for clean fluid going down hole. There is a large above groiund storage (AST) tank on the left rear corner of the well pad. Once the # 1 well drill out is complete the rig will move to the #3 then the # 5 well.
1711299464 2017-11-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I arrived onsite to verify that the 30 inch diameter conductor was cemented to surface over the weekend. The cellar has not been set on this well. A large steel plate is covering the well and I am unable to verify that it was cemented to surface, but was told by George Durington with Rice that it was. Conductor was spudded on 11/4/17 and cemented 11/4/17 by Express.
1828149832 2018-11-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Rig 471 was currently drilling their 8.5-inch diameter lateral at 27,500 feet. The 18.625-inch diameter casing was set at 327 feet, the 13.375-inch diameter casing was set at 2130 feet, and the 9.625-inch diameter casing was set at 8303 feet. I informed Matt that they need to be monitoring their annular pressures while drilling. There was a small flare on location and I informed EQT company man Matt Kiter that he needed to inform me if they were going to be flaring gas. The existing wells on the pad where still shut in under Simultaneous Operations I performed a walk around location and confirmed there were no pressures on the gas processing units or flow lines. Annular pressure monitoring was in place on the existing wells on the pad. The 13.375-inch diameter casing on 34013208180000 was currently at 1595 pounds per square inch. Matt informed me that their production department was monitoring the pressures and occasionally comes out and releases annular pressure into the gas buster. There were no violations at the time of my inspection.
