0493282295 | 2017-06-05 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 360 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 96 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 362 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot. Casing was centralizer with 1 centralizer. Shoe track is 24.72 feet long. Cement Baskets were set at 290 feet. O-tex is onsite with 720 sacks of Class A cement. 70% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 103 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. Cement wighed 15.6 ppg on presurized mudscale, truck read 15.7 ppg. 20 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with .75 barrels back. Mix water has pH of 7, 62 ppm chlorides, <200 sulfates and 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Coal was encountered at 314-324 feet. All depths, except conductor, are from kelly bushing which is 12 feet above ground level. |
0777686130 | 2017-05-31 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed precision rat hole had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 94 feet. 96 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was ran. O-tex was onsite with 310 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.20. 50 percent excess ran. No returns to surface. Cement came within 20 feet of surface and then fell back down hole. I left location and returned to this pad for top of job on the same evening. An additional 400 sacks of class A cement was pumped down the backside of the casing with no returns to surface. I left location and returned on the morning on 6/1/17. 93 sacks of class H, 2% CaCl and 3% gypsum was pumped down the back side and cement returned to surface. 803 total sacks of cement pumped over 3 separate inspections. Well was spudded on 5/30/2017. |
1496421945 | 2017-06-02 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Upon arrival on location I found the rig crew ready to continue top out of the Conductor casing. 59 bbl. of class H with 4% calcium 2% gel 10 % Gipson was pumped, returns came to surface but the fell back. We shut down for 2 hours, the continued to pump cement. We pumped an additional 12 bbl. to bring returns to surface and pumped 5 bbl. to seal up the bottom of the tin horn. |
