1642072191 2017-02-14 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site to witness running and cementing of 13.375 casing Nomac rig#83 on site and they drilled to a depth of 1077 of 17.5 hole and ran 1073 of 61# casing and Stingray cemented it in place with 991 sacks of cement and they had 25 barrels of good cement returns and string was equipped with guide shoe and float collar and 27 centralizers, and well bore was circulated prior to cement job.
1737004051 2018-06-14 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing that was open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place, the intermediate casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, the surface casing gauge read 270 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Separator, Gas Processing unit and 4- 400 barrel purge tanks, and a 50 barrel produced water tank shared with 34013211600000, 34013211620000. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
1982302081 2018-02-06 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well is free flowing as it does not appear to have any artificial lift technology present at this time. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area. The production area contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. The production records within RBDMS are current to 2017.
