0521903228 2017-10-31 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area that contains five 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Production records for this well are current to 2017 within RBDMS.
0678009039 2018-04-09 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains five 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 1103 pounds on the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. There was no pressure rating gauge on the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing string annulus. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
0867064622 2018-03-29 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains five 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 1180 pounds on the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. A gauge for the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing is not currently provided. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
1183601840 2016-02-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds Patterson Drilling rig 296 is drilling a 12.25 borehole at a depth of 5220. I found no violations during my inspection.
1474983740 2016-09-27 Completion Testing No Violations I received a call from Rice Energy. Planned operations are to perform the casing test and open the top sleeves on this well.
1715999390 2016-03-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling contractor is drilling 8.5 borehole at a depth 13,237. Fire extinguishers are staged around the location. Panhandle Trucking is delivering 5.5 casing at the time of inspection.
1796377050 2018-10-18 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Southeast District Supervisor Mike Moreland I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing with no artificial lift technology. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place and the 9.625-inch diameter casing was at 715 pounds per square inch, the 13.375-inch diameter casing pressure was 75 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, and 3 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks that were shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
