0230930894 2015-10-09 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day First Class Energy Rig # 1 had reached total depth of 595. The rig had encountered a loss zone. The 18.625 was ran into a 26 open to a depth 854. C & J cementing was on site and cemented the casing completing a balance job at the shoe with 200 sacks of Class A cement. A basket was ran above the loss zone and 2300 sacks of Class A cement ran on the backside with cement to surface established. See cement ticket for details.
0243183067 2018-07-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a four-string casing design, 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875 inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing with no artificial lift technology. Annular pressure monitoring was in place on both the 13.325-inch diameter surface casing and the 9.625-inch diameter deep intermediate casing, pressures were monitored with transducers with no ability to read pressures. I spoke with XTO operator Tyler Snider who gave me the 9.625 inch diameter casing pressure was 825 pounds per square inch. Both casings had bleed down lines ran to the production fluid tanks, at the time of my inspection the 13.375-inch diameter casing was open flowing into tanks. Production equipment included a Sand Trap, and Gas Processing Unit. The wells were still set up with flow back equipment. Sand traps were running to 2- 500-barrel horizontal frack tanks. There were also 6- 400-barrel production fluid tanks inside containment. Production fluid tanks were all shared with 34013209940000. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
0836156725 2015-10-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations First Class Energy drilled out the 18.625 casing shoe and continued the 17.5 open hole section. Upon loading the hole it was determined that the fluid level was dropping. A lost circulation zone was encountered below the shoe and a cement plug was pumped into the well to alleviate the loss zone. Upon transit of another rig to the site, the hole will be reevaluated.
0952324694 2017-08-28 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch production casing and appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a sand separation unit that is attached to two 500-barrel storage tanks. It is then piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area. The production area contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. The production is then routed to sale from there. Production records within the RBDMS system are updated to 2017
1168226667 2015-10-06 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day Express Energy had drilled the 32 open hole to total depth of 100. The 30 conductor pipe was ran and cemented. Express Energy was on site to cement the casing with 275 Sacks of Class A cement. Cement to surface was established. See cement ticket for details.
