0487839675 2015-07-20 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day Alpha rig #9 had reached a total depth of 2050 The 13.375 casing was ran and cemented into a 17.5 open hole to a depth of 2018. O-Tex was on site and cemented the casing with 1740 sks of Class H cement. Cement to surface was established. See casing ticket for details.
0616110167 2018-08-23 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a 4-string casing design with 5.5-inch diameter production casing, and 2.875-inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place, the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 550 pounds per square inch, the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Trap, a line heater, and vertical fluid separator. There are three 400-barrel production fluid tanks, and a dehydration system shared with the other well on the pad. There were multiple Emergency Shut Down devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
1503342273 2017-08-21 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well site area is fenced in. The well appears to be free flowing without any artificial lift technology present at this time. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and the to a production area and to sales. The production area contains three 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. There is also a contact tower on site. Production records in RBDMS are current to 2017.
1589408939 2015-09-01 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day the location is currently waiting on the transit of a rig to finish drilling the wells.. The site was evaluated to confirm that proper vegetation and erosion controls had been established and maintained. This site has passed the preliminary restoration.
