0272894549 2015-04-12 Administrative Inspection No Violations On this day the 9.625 casing was ran and cemented in a 12.25 open hole to a depth of 8219. Stingray was on site to cement the casing. See cement ticket for details. No violations noted.
0833080029 2018-03-16 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. There were also three 500-barrrel frac tanks on site. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 250 pounds on between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 1625 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing . The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.

1839782790 2018-10-23 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing that was equipped with a plunger lift system. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place and the 9.625-inch diameter casing was at 500 pounds per square inch, the 13.375-inch diameter casing pressure was 80 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included an individual Sand Trap, and Gas Processing Unit. As well as 4 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks, and a 50-barrel production fluid tank that were shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
