1651534038 2018-07-10 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a three-string casing design with surface, intermediate and 5.5 inch diameter production casing with 2.875 inch diameter tubing, the well appeared to be open flowing with no artificial lift technology in place. Annular pressure monitoring was in place, the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 1105 pounds per square inch, the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing gauge read 14.5 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included an individual Gas Processing unit. Shared production equipment included a dehydrator, 2 phase separators, contact tower, and 3- 400-barrel purge tanks shared with 34013208700000, 34013207790000, 34013210770000, 34013210780000, 34013210790000. The well pad and all equipment were contained in an earthen dike with secondary containment around the production tanks. There were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
