0294395456 2018-06-05 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing with a plunger lift system. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the intermediate casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, the surface casing gauge read 250 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Separator, Gas Processing unit, production equipment was shared with 34013207520000, 34013207530000. There are 6- 400 barrel purge tanks and a 50 barrel brine storage tank shared with 34013207520000, 34013207530000. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
0701432656 2017-05-30 Production Wells No Violations An inspection of this site revealed the well was equipped in a manner that made it appear to have the capability of producing. The location included a gas processing unit and a tank battery that consisted of six 400 barrel production tanks.

A third party contractor identified as Integrity Services is on location and rigged up on the well with a slick line truck broaching the production tubing on the # 1well preparing the well to be equipped with a plunger lift system. The 2 additional wells on the pad the Brothers # 2 & #3 are equipped with a plunger lift production system. The production equipment consists of a single gas processing unit and production fluid facility consisting of 6 steel tanks capable of holding 400 barrels fluid each. The tanks are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area with hazard warning labels posted. Identification is posted at each well head and signage is posted at the entry point of the lease road. The entry point of the well pad is gated. There is a third party mid stream operation at the entry point of the well pad on the right side. The lease road and well pad surface are of stone construction and in good repair. The Divisions Engineering section is addressing a slip on the South slope of the well pad.
