0419801269 | 2018-02-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appeared to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well was piped to a gas processing unit then to a production facility off to the side of the pad. The production facility was fenced in and contained two 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. The location that contained the well was separately fenced in as well. Production records within the RBDMS are current to 2017. |
0560428029 | 2016-10-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | This well is currently equipped properly to be considered capable of production. The piping from the well leads to a gas processing unit and then to the tank battery. The tank battery consists of two 400 barrel production fluid tanks. The site appears to be in satisfactory condition. |

0742611466 | 2018-08-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a 4-string casing design with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place on the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing gauge read 500 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter casing gauge read 0 pounds. Production equipment included a Sand Trap, a line heater, and vertical fluid separator. There are two 400-barrel production fluid tanks, a second line heater, fuel gas scrubber, charcoal filters, vertical 3 phase separator, coalescent filter, and horizontal separator shared with the other well on the pad. There were multiple Emergency Shut Down devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection. |
