0382066857 2018-05-07 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing with a plunger lift system, valves were open at the time of my inspection. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the 9.625 inch diameter casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, the 13.375 inch diameter casing gauge read 20 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a separator, Gas Processing unit, line heater, gas scrubber and 4- 400 barrel purge tanks shared with 3401320713, 3401320712, 3401320711. Identification tags were present and production was up to date.

The well pad does not have a perimeter berm. The well pad and lease road surface are stone construction and in good repair. The production equipment is all on the well pad and contained in a separate fenced in enclosure. There is a total of (4) producing wells on the pad. All wells are equipped with 2 riser pipes attached to the A&B sections with gauges present for annular pressure monitoring. The wells are equipped with artificial lift production trees. The production equipment consists of 4 gas processing units along with a production fluid facility that consists of (4) steel tanks situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. Proper well identification is posted, there is a landowner gate across the lease road with a digital entry box 4377# gets you through the gate.
