0104791651 2018-10-22 Production Wells No Violations Inspection to identify the well per the request of the landowner Randy G Ramsay. Upon inspection the well was observed to be equipped with 8 production casing with 2 diameter production tubing inserted in the well to a reported depth of 1,400. The landowner making the inspection request has indicated he had the tubing installed into the well and is using it for domestic purposes. The landowner also wishes to register the well. No production equipment is present in the area. The landowner was provided with the well identification and also instructed to remove the vegetation from around the well and post proper identification.

1536175496 2018-09-05 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing and what appeared to be 6-inch diameter production casing. There was no tubing in the well at the time of my inspection. A 1-inch diameter line was attached to one side of the 6-inch diameter well head that appeared to be providing a domestic gas. At the time of my inspection the well head was covered with insulation which I removed to determine what the well was equipped with. I was unable to locate any production equipment. This inspection was a follow up for the land owner Randy Ramsey who was interested in registering the wells in his name. Identification tags were not present, and production has never been reported on this well.
