1315512967 2011-09-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen Violations Noted My inspection of the well site showed final grading has been completed and vegetative cover is established with no erosion noted. There is a stack of 8 and 4.5 inch casing on site and frac tanks still located along lease road entrance. There is no identification posted at the well or tank battery. The owner must remove the casing and frac tanks from the site and any areas where soil has been disturbed due to removal of this equipment shall be graded, seeded, and/or mulched. Also, proper identification must be posted at the well and tank battery.
1318856529 2011-10-17 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Conducted a Notice of Violation follow-up. Ther casing has been removed from site. Proper identification is still not posted by either the tank battery or the well. The frac tank is still on-site, down by road. I spoke with Mike McPeak about these issues.
