0778170019 | 2015-10-27 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | I conducted an inspection of this well with DOGRM inspector - John Fleming. The wellhead consisted of the 8 and 5/8 inch casing and 4.5 inch casing with tubing. The 4.5 inch casing had a two inch line plumbed into a one inch line with three regulators. The pressure on the welhead read 20 psi at the time of the inspection. The well is used for domestic use only and is approximately 1050 feet from a dwelling. The only piece of production equipment left was a concrete brine vault which the owner has agreed to keep on site. The wellhead and concrete vault locations were stable. The access was stable. I spoke with the landowner on installing signage at the wellhead. The domestic transfer may proceed. |
