1241496518	2018-05-08	Production Wells	No Violations	This well is a gas well producing naturally. The casing was bent and not perpendicular to the ground. There was a house gas line attached to the well. I followed this line up the hill and to the residence. There was also a flow line going toward South Canaan Rd. This well is registered to MGA Energy, however Mike Altier stated that the well does not belong to him and that he has never even seen it or produced it. He checked his records and could not find the James Crawford well in his leases or transfers. He did find a Gilbert Crawford, however that well is now plugged. I called Bill Grubaugh and asked if he could look for a form 7 for this well and his initial search revealed no such document. He said that he would keep looking.
