1496860466 2016-11-29 Orphan No Violations Mr. Stocker had notified the Division in 2015 that he had two possible Orphan Wells on property he owns south of this property. He recently notified the Division that he has a third possible well located on property he owns at 2009 Renko Road. He bought this property in 2012. The well was on the property when he bought it. Todays inspection showed the well has a line running to the garage and to the house. Mr. Stocker said he rents the house and the well was able to run the hot water tank in the house at one time. The well is equipped with visible 8.75 inch O.D. steel casing. A 6 inch O.D. steel casing is inside the 8.75 inch casing. Cement is evident at the surface in the annulus between the two casings. A line comes from the middle of a cap on the 6 inch casing. This line is equipped with a pressure gauge that reads 20 psi and a shut valve. The line has a regulator at the well and a second regulator where the line goes into the garage. The line tees underground to an underground line that goes to the house. The Division does not have records for this well and it is not shown on the OFG map. Mr. Stocker said the prior landowner has passed away and does not have a history on this well. The above permit number was assigned by the Division for tracking purposes.
