0123412593 2019-04-02 Production Wells No Violations At the time of my inspection the well is equipped with a plunger lift system. The production valves were closed at well. There was bubbling coming from the ground around the 8 5/8-inch casing. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 210 BBL production tank, mechanical separator and one chart run. An earthen dike surrounded the tank battery. The load line to the tanks production valve was secured with a plug. Proper identification was posted at the tank battery. The lease road was in stable condition. Production records are current.
