1535391733 2018-08-27 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a compliance notice follow-up inspection for compliance notice 1981866650. At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and was in production. Signage has been added to the tank battery location as required by the compliance notice. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL tank, one 50 BBL poly tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. Production records were current. The tank battery was diked and the lease access was stable. Compliance notice closed.

1981866650 2018-04-10 Production Wells Violations Noted I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: A well with plunger-lift system and associated battery on a rural farm parcel. The battery was comprised of one 100 barrel steel production tank, and 50 bbl brine. Fittings and connections at the well and batttery were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The well was in production and there was an active chart record. I noted the following defficiency: there was no identification at the well or battery. The owner must place ID in compliance with OAC 1501-9:9-05(A)(1) by no later than 5/11/18 or be subject to additional enforcement. Contact Inspector Stephen Tompkins at 330-907-4647 with any questions regarding this notice.
