The gate valve on the tubing was closed. The flow line has been disconnected from the well. There was no production equipment associated with this well. There was no identification present at the well location. Compliance has not yet been taken care of or a plugging permit obtained.

At the time of this inspection, the well was not capable of being produced. The was a plunger-lift system which was idle. There were no active flow-line connections. The were was a tank battery and separator associated with the Anderson 1 (#2-4076), to which this well may have produced historically. There remained no active liability insurance on file for Plateau Energy Corp.

The well owner shall submit a written plugging schedule to Inspector Shannon Mullins at ODNR Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management, 3575 Forest Lake Drive, Suite 150, Uniontown, OH 44685 within 30 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. In the interim, the owner must correct the identification sign.
