0475660198 2016-05-05 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the tank battery was equipped with one 100 barrel and one 50 barrel steel tanks. There was one separator. There was no identification posted at the tank battery area. The well was equipped with a concoil unit. The valves from the well to the flow line were closed. This well was not in production at the time of my inspection. REQURIED REMEDIAL WORK: Post identification at the tank battery area.
0995699606 2018-07-03 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well pursuant to Chiefs Order #2016-300 issued for lack of insurance. The well and associated battery are located on a rural parcel. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: There were no signs that the well was being produced. There was a chart record box that was not active. I walked the areas around the well and battery. The areas were covered with several inches of snow obscuring the ground surface. I did not observe any signs of problems. The production elements were in poor condition. There was no identifying signage.

The well was not in production. The fittings were secure with no signs of leakage. The associated tank battery was comprised of one 100-barrel production tank, one 50-barrel brine tank, and horizontal separator. The tanks were both more than 50 percent full of fluids. There were no signs that the well was being produced. There was a chart record box that was not active. I walked the areas around the well and battery. The areas were covered with several inches of snow obscuring the ground surface. I did not observe any signs of problems. The production elements were in poor condition. There was no identifying signage.
