0229439091 2016-12-19 Production Wells No Violations My inspection of this well found I could not determine if there was still a active gas leak at the tank battery area due to very heavy snow cover. There also has been no identification posted for this well.
0478855525 2016-04-19 Production Wells Violations Noted My inspection found the tank battery was equipped with one 100 barrel and one 50 barrel steel tanks. There was one separator. There was a gas leak inside the earthen dike wall on the west side. I took one photo of the gas leak .There was no identification posted at the tank battery for this well. The well was equipped with a pumping unit. This well was not in production at the time of my inspection. REQUIRED REMEDIAL WORK; Repair leaking gas line, post identification at the tank battery area for this well.
0490391904 2018-03-13 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well pursuant to Chiefs Order #2016-300 issued for lack of insurance. The well and associated battery are located on a rural farm parcel. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: a wellhead pump jack in a chain-link enclosure. The main flow-line valve was closed. The well was not in production. The fittings were secure with no signs of leakage. The associated tank battery was comprised of one 100-barrel production tank, one 50-barrel brine tank, and horizontal separator. The tanks were empty. There was a chart record box that was not active. I walked the areas around the well and battery. The areas were covered with several inches of snow obscuring the ground surface. I did not observe any signs of problems.
0552048080 2018-07-03 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well as a follow-up to a previous compliance notice issued for the following: leaking gas from a fitting at the tank battery, and missing identification signage. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: the gas leak that had formerly been noted at the battery was no longer apparent, However, there was gas leaking at the wellhead domestic gas tie-in meter. In addition, there remained no identification signage. The well commercial sales-line was shut-in, however the domestic tie-in remained active and in production.
