1933037783 2015-03-18 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected this well in response to a memo from Erica Freeman in the Columbus office to determine the status of the final restoration. My inspection found the production equipment has been removed. Vegetation has been established over the well and the tank battery areas. The final restoration has been completed. There is no compliance issues with this well.
