0832258880 2016-04-19 Production Wells Violations Noted My inspection found the tank battery was equipped with one 100 barrel and one 50 barrel steel tanks. There was one separator. There was fresh oil coating the 100 barrel steel on the west side. There was also fresh oil on the ground one foot wide at the base of the 100 barrel steel tank on the west side. I took three photos of the oil on the tank and the oil on the ground at the base of the tank. The was equipped with a plunger lift unit. There was a active domestic hook-up from the 4.5 production casing. This well was not in production at the time of my inspection. REQUIRED REMEDIAL WORK: Remove fresh oil from side of production tank and remove all oil saturated material at the base of the tank.
1028535697 2018-07-03 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well pursuant to Chiefs Order #2016-300 issued for lack of insurance. The well and associated battery are located on a rural parcel. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system in a open field. The system was idle and the main flow-line valve was closed. There were no signs that the #2-3026 well was being produced. The chart recorder was idle. Access to the wellhead was overgrown and passable by foot only.
1164460712 2018-03-12 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well pursuant to Chiefs Order #2016-300 issued for lack of insurance. The well and associated battery are located on a rural parcel. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system in a open field. The system was idle and the main flow-line valve was closed. The fittings were secure with no signs of leakage. The associated tank battery was comprised of 100-barrel stock tank which was partially filled with fluid, one 50-barrel brine tank which was full of fluid, and horizontal separator. The secondary containment was shared with a secondary, independent battery system used ob the #2-3027 well. There were no signs that the #2-3026 well was being produced. The chart recorder was idle. Access to the wellhead was overgrown and passable by foot only.
1787995190 2016-12-19 Production Wells No Violations My inspection of this well found there has been no remedial work done to clean the oil from the production tank or remove the oil saturated area at the base of the tank.
