1844934798 | 2018-12-10 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | I conducted an exempt well pre-transfer inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a 4.5 inch casing swaged into a 2 inch line. The valves on the 2 inch line were open. There were no leaks or issues observed at the well. There was no other equipment associated with this well. No legible identification was present at the well location. The well was located in a rural, active farm parcel and, approximately 1340 feet from the closest occupied dwelling. I spoke with landowners Richard and Sharon Holley, who stated they do receive gas from the well to their home, located on the parcel of the well. I advised the Holleys to install legible identification at the well location. |
