1318762354 2018-05-23 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and 2 inch flow line valves were closed. The 2 inch domestic line off of the 4.5 inch casing was reduced to a 1 inch line with a regulator, had an open valve. The well was located approximately 1450 feet from the nearest occupied dwelling and is connected to the landowner, Gary Hewitts house for domestic use. The production equipment in the tank battery was purchased by the landowner and consisted of, one 100 BBL tank, one 35 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. The tank battery was diked. The lease access was stable. I contacted the landowner Gary Hewitt with regards to updating the signage at the well and tank battery locations.
