The well and associated battery are located on a rural farm parcel. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: a wellhead flow-line swage and regulator valve. The main flow-line valve was closed, but there was an active domestic connection. The fittings were secure with no signs of leakage. The associated tank battery was comprised of one 210-barrel production tank, and horizontal separator. The tank was empty. There were no signs that the well was being produced. There was a chart record box that was not active. |
