There was a fence around the pump jack and well. The tank battery was consisting of one 210-barrel production tank, one 50-barrel production tank and a mechanical separator and heater. Both separator and sales line valves where open at the tank battery. An earthen dike and fence surrounded tank battery. Identification was posted at the tank battery. . Lease road in stable condition.
