| 0263430048 | 2016-12-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well in response from concerns from the landowner-Richard Day about the gas to his domestic hook-up became active. He was aware the company had been ordered by the courts to shut-in the well for production and for domestic use. I met Richard Day at his residence [ 3066 Plymouth-Gageville road ]. He told me he had just had propane installed for his use at his residence and he had disconnected the line for his domestic use from the well. He told me there was another line off of his domestic line supplying his neighbors residence. The neighbors were an elderly couple with health problems. He did not want to shut off there gas supply because of their health problems. Richard showed me where his hook-up for his gas supply was located. I found the hook-up was on a gas gathering line for the companys wells in the area. My inspection of the well found a fully equipped well with a pumping unit. The valves from the well to the flowline were closed. There were no compliance issues with the well at this time. |
