Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0853554610 2018-12-13 Production Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well regarding complaint #6020 about an idle well on the property. I met with landowner Mr. G. Frederick Ruhland at the well location. The well consisted of 4.5 inch casing, with a 2 inch line that was plumbed directly to a 50 BBL poly tank. The other 2 inch line off the 4.5 inch casing was reduced to a 1 inch line with two regulators. All valves on the well casing and 2 inch lines were closed. There was also another 50 BBL poly tank approximately 20 feet west of the existing well. There were no leaks visible or otherwise observed at the well. There was a wooden enclosed structure surrounding the well. There was no legible identification posted at the well location. The access to the well was off the landowners driveway at 4352 Fox Road. State records indicate that the status of this well is an historical owner. Well will be reviewed for orphan well eligibility.
