0820644602 2013-12-11 Storage Well No Violations Columbia Gas has this well identified as 61569. That API does not correspond to the right lease name or operator well number. This permit number corresponds to the operator well number, lease name and map location. This API needs to be registered to Columbia Gas Transmission. The well is shut in.
1553256074 2019-03-19 Storage Well No Violations Performed annual inspection for Columbia Gas Storage Well #10757 on 03/19/2019. The well is equipped with a flanged wellhead with 1-master valve and 1-wing valve, and a drip; 1-methanol tank is located nearby. Well identification is posted, but the API Number posted on it is incorrect (PN: 005-61569). The correct API Number was not registered to Columbia Gas at the time of the inspection. Steve Opritza (DOGRM Columbus) was contacted to discuss this issue, and he contacted Jason Martin (Columbia Gas/TransCanada) to confirm the wells correct identity. The well information will be updated in RBDMS and updated well identification posted promptly. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
