1460982827 2016-04-13 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with a pump jack, rods and tubing. There is no power to the pump jack. The well is idle and unidentified. The location is overgrown with briars. There is no lease road to the well and no tank was found. Rod Gray at 211 Route 42 stated that his dad acquired the mineral rights to the property and did not want the well placed into production so they did not lease with anyone. Rod was not sure if his dad had title to the well or not. I explained registration requirements and the orphan well program to him. Rod Gray can be reached at 330-201-7869.
