1396418157 2015-05-22 Production Wells No Violations There is 10 inch casing in the well that is open at the surface. A piece of scrap steel was laying over the hole. The well is filled up with dirt and debris to 3 or 4 feet below grade. The well is not leaking. The operator advised that the well was plugged by his father or uncle before he took over the company. He was told that he will need to provide a plugging affidavit for the well to change its status as well as whatever records they have for plugging the well. The well is not in production.
1516988906 2018-01-22 Production Wells No Violations The well remains open at surface. The well is filled up with debris to 3 to 4 feet below grade. Hottel previously stated that this well was plugged by his father or uncle prior to him taking ownership of the company. There is a plate over the top of the well. The well is not in production. Hottel has not provided a plug report affidavit for the well and he has not responded to phone calls or emails.
