Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2005732 Primary Facility 2011-09-21 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted E&S ok around perimeter of pad; pits are being cleaned out and relined; 20" conductor set in cellar
2125864 Primary Facility 2012-12-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted SITE COMPLIANT AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
2145869 Primary Facility 2013-02-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a rountine inspection. The Operator has 4 Marcellus Wells in production and plans on drilling 3 additional wells on site. The impoundment on site has been re-lined and is empty during this inspection. They are setting up a drill rig on site to begin drilling. The top-hole wells have already been drilled for the second set of wells.
2151614 Primary Facility 2013-02-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a routine inspection and conduct sampling below drill site. Samples were taken up and down gradient of the Robison farm pond. Orange water is seeping out the ground down gradient of the A. Rose pad. The Operator was casing and cementing on 1/10/13 at 8:30 pm on the A ROSE 590227 Marcellus Well.
2162332 Primary Facility 2013-04-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2405389 Primary Facility 2015-08-26 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On 8/26/15, I performed an NOT inspection for the A. Rose/Robinson/Robison site in response to an NOT request by the operator and made the following observations:
2638166 Primary Facility 2017-09-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site was well vegetated and there were no signs of erosion observed. The production equipment appeared to be in good condition. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
