0115284116 2017-06-30 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated tank battery. The well is located on golf course property and accessed from Edgerton Road. The shared battery (shared with #2-1852) is located on an otherwise undeveloped property located along Barr Road. The individual enclosures were locked and secure. The load-line valves were locked and plugged. The dedicated lease roads were exhibiting some potholes and wear but was passable. Fittings and connections were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems.
0401930672 2015-03-30 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is located on the golf course, east of the clubhouse. The battery is located on the west side of Barr Rd, in a wooded area on the east side of the Seneca Gold Club. Access to battery is from a dedicated access road from Barr Rd. The wellhead is comprised of a plunger lift system in a locked chain-link enclosure. Fittings and connections are secure. The tank battery is comprised of 1100-barrel steel production tank and separator unit in a separate chain-link enclosure. Elements of the system are in general good repair. Fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage at the time of this inspection. The load-outs are plugged and secure. ID signage and secondary containment are present. Areas surrounding the wellhead and battery are reasonably well drained and free from signs of adverse impact from the on-going production activity associated with this well. The battery is shared with the Cleveland/Seneca GC #2-1852 well which is located off Barr Rd adjacent to the battery.

At the time of this inspection, I found the following: the wellhead plunger lift system was in production. Fittings and connections were secure and free from signs of problems or leakage. The chain-link enclosure was locked and secure. The associated tank battery, which is shared with the Seneca Golf Course #1 well, located near the battery, on Barr Rd. The battery enclosure gate was locked and secure. The load lines were plugged and secure. The interior of the battery was dry and free from signs of leaks, spills, or other problems. The chart record was active. I walked the areas surrounding the well, including the access road, and found the surface conditions to be free from signs of impact.
