0066121655 | 2015-05-27 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as a follow-up to a previously-issued Compliance Notice. The well is comprised of a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system in a small, chain-link enclosure. The interior of the enclosure is overgrown with dense vegetation. The tank battery is comprised of one 210-barrel steel production tank and vertical separator unit in a chain-link enclosure. The interior of this enclosure is also overgrown with dense vegetation., There is no identifying signage anywhere on this unit. According to discussions with Future Productions, changes made by Dominion/EOG have rendered it no longer possible to connect to the local sales distribution system. Further, discussions with the landowner indicate that no gas is being provided for domestic use. There has been no attempts by the well owner to address the issue of non-compliance. Im recommending a Chiefs Order be issued for enforcement. |
