+ | | No Violations | ||
+ | | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located within the confines of the Painesville Country Club. Access to the well is afforded by a short, unpaved access road which is also used as a roadway for maintenance and groundskeeping for the golf course. The battery is located on the east side of the groundskeepers maintenance area. The well is located farther to the west. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system, a tank battery comprised of one 100-barrel steel production tan, one 40-barrel poly brine tank, and separator. The well and battery were in separate chain-link enclosures and were locked and secure. The load-outs were bull-plugged and secure. Secondary containment is intact. I walked the areas surrounding both the wellhead and tank battery and did not observe any evidence of impact or problems associated with the production activity.

+ | | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and not in production, at the time of this inspection. The gate valve on the tubing was closed. The 2 inch valve on the flow line was open and the 2 inch domestic line off the 4.5 inch casing was open. The domestic line was equipped with two regulators, a drip bottle and meter. The well was fenced with identification. The diked tank battery was comprised of one 100 BBL tank, one 25 BBL poly tank and a mechanical separator. The load out lines were secure with locks and the tank battery was fenced with a locked man door. There was legible identification present at the tank battery and the lease access was stable.

+ | | The producing unit consists of a wellhead and mechanical plunger-lift unit and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery with one steel 140-barrel production tank, one steel 20-barrel brine tank, mechanical separator, and metering run.. The unit ID is present and meets requirements. The loadouts are locked. The battery secondary containment is good. The wellhead and battery are in separate chain-link enclosures. Safety equipment is present in accordance with 1501:9-9-05E. I did not observe any evidence of leakage or spills.

+ | | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead and battery are in a clearing on the east side of the gold course. The fittings and connections were secure with the following exception: the load-line valves were not locked. The area was otherwise free from signs of problems or leakage. The areas surrounding the well and battery were comprised of grassy vegetation. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impact or degradation to the natural greenscape. I contacted David Hill about the need for locks and he indicated that it would be taken care of ASAP.

| I inspected the producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located next to the maintenance shed on the west side of the clubhouse. The wellhead and battery are located in separate chain-link enclosures. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery are secure and free from signs of leakage or other problems. The load-out is plugged and secure but needs a lock. Evaluation of drainage and other surficial features is limited due to snow cover. I notified the well tender regarding the need for a lock. 0283430645 | 2016-01-26 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. |
0314725885 | 2019-04-08 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. |
0628928192 | 2013-07-15 | UrbanPreliminary Restoration | No Violations | The producing unit consists of a wellhead and mechanical plunger-lift unit and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery with one steel 140-barrel production tank, one steel 20-barrel brine tank, mechanical separator, and metering run.. The unit ID is present and meets requirements. The loadouts are locked. The battery secondary containment is good. The wellhead and battery are in separate chain-link enclosures. Safety equipment is present in accordance with 1501:9-9-05E. I did not observe any evidence of leakage or spills. |
0932436492 | 2017-08-01 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. |
1819734267 | 2009-10-26 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Preliminary restoration meets the requirements of 1509.072 ORC. |
1976504610 | 2015-03-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected the producing well as part of routine inspection activity. I did not observe any evidence of impact relating to on-going production activity. |
