The Carol Baker Impoundment is a 14.1 million gallon centralized impoundment used to collect, store and reuse wastewater for area fracturing natural gas wells, including the Carol Baker Unit, Chiarelli Unit 6H well, and other permitted wells listed in the application.[1]
