The weather conditions are partly sunny skies, breezy and chilly with temps in the upper 20's. We met with Wylie Roof and Charlie Falcone of the Cabot subcontractor Susquehanna Services (Susquehanna), Ethan Greenley and Steve Catalfamo of Cabot Oil and Gas. Susquehanna conducts operations for the processing of wet sediment/sludge generated from various Cabot well sites via a pug mill unit. The pug mill unit was stationed on the R Myers pad from December of 2017 to October of 2018. Cabot and Susquehanna personnel provided the Department the following information regarding the operation of the pug mill unit on the Williams pad. "We started operations here on 10/26/18. Wet sediment/sludge, which basically consists of frac sand from frac plug drill outs on the Myers is sent here for processing. There are (3) service rigs and a coil tube unit drilling out frac plugs on the Myers pad. So far today we received (2) cans containing (45) bar |
