2699883 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-28 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I met Mark MacPherson, company man, when I arrived. Frac was active, currently fracing stage 26 on the 3H well. Tracy Gregory of SWN arrived as I began my inspection, and accompanied me. Containment appeared to be in good condition. Nearly all of the puddles on the pad surface showed low conductance (.45-.65 mS/cm). There were 2 puddles that showed slightly higher conductance (1.0 mS/cm), one near the sandboxes (approximately 1 gallon) and one near the command trailer (5-10 gallons). Tracy informed Mac and instructed him to have these areas vacced. |
