B application for the J Foltz Pad 2 on 7/7/17. The request to use previously approved alternative waste management practices is for residual waste processing. The previous authorization number is 1167234 which is in reference to an OG-71 Form A application for the Arnone Pad approved by the Department on 1/27/17. Residual waste processing consists of processing of wet sediment/sludge which accumulates in frac tanks at various Cabot Well Sites via the use of mobile pug mill processing unit staged on the tank pad section of the site. The pug mill unit has been operating at the site since February of 2017. See photos and the Department's 5-15-17 inspection report for additional details which provide a description of the operation of the pug mill unit.
