The secondary containment appears structurally sound. Four tanks installed on matting board located on eastern side of well pad. Two rolloff boxes for residual waste located on site. Well head surrounded by cement barriers. According to Department records well was frac'ed in May 2017. Contractors actively working near brine tanks.

At the time of inspection activity relating to well stimulation ongoing. Material and equipment located within secondary containment and appears to be structurally sound. No E&S issues.

Materials and equipment located on secondary containment. At the time of inspection Department observed the additional secondary containment structures around the the two fuel tanks onsite filled with rain water. The two fuel tanks are located directly north and west of pad. Department recommends Operator empty the containment. No E&S issues.
