A spill of this size does not meet the spill reporting threshold set forth in Chapter 78a.66. At this time there is no further action necessary on the part of the operator in relation to this small spill.

The secondary containment appears structurally sound. Four tanks installed on matting boards located on eastern side of well pad. Two rolloff boxes for residual waste located on site. Well head surrounded by cement barriers. According to Department records well was frac'ed in April 2017 and at this time appears equipped for production. Contractors actively working near brine tanks.
