At the time of inspection the well was drilled and equipped for production. Well apparatus and brine tank appeared to be in sound condition. All earth disturbance activities, associated with the site, appear to be complete and stabilized; however the site does not have 70% uniform vegetative growth needed for restoration. PCSM BMPs are installed and appear to be functioning properly. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the weekly and after precipitation events to ensure the stability of the site is maintained.
