At the time of inspection the Department notes that the site ID sign has been updated to reflect the wells on site. The perimeters control valves appear to be closed. The Department has reviewed and approved the OG071 for the addition of lime to drill cutting for offsite disposal. The Operator appeared to be reconfiguring the site to start the stimulations process. NO observation of accelerated erosion and sedimentation in relation the well pad or access road at the time of inspection. The Erosion and Sedimentation plan was on site and all BMP's appeared to be installed and maintained as outlined. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure site stability is maintained.
