2109558 Primary Facility 2012-10-19 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted Inspection in response to a spill reported by the Operator on 10/18/2012. The Operator reported a 20 gallon hydraulic oil spilled to the ground from a delivery truck. At the time of inspection the Operator had excavated a small 4 foot by 4 foot section area and placed the contaminated soil on containment. Waste Management was onsite taking samples. The Department suggested that the Operator take a sample of the soil to verify what was spilled and the excavated portion of the pad to ensure that the site had been cleaned. The Department suggests the Operator forward the sample results for verification of cleanup.

At the time of inspection the well appears to drilled and equipped for production. The well apparatus, brine tank, and heater appear to be in sound condition. The well pad and access road appear to be in sound condition, no accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed. As described by the Operator the site is vegetated and appears to be stable. The pits located on site appear to be in sound condition with the required 2' of free board. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure the site remains stable.
