Phone conversation with Penneco confirmed that this was so that the first pit may be relined and reused when drilling the McCrady 5H well. All access road and site erosion controls were functioning properly and there was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimenation in relation to either the access road or well-site.

The brine tank, pump jack, and well apparatus appear to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion observed in relation to the access road or well pad area at the time of inspection.
