The second pit had been properly lined and the contents of the first drill pit had been moved to the second pit. Second pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Phone conversation with Penneco confirmed that this was so that the first pit may be relined and reused when drilling the McCrady 5H well. All access road and site erosion controls were functioning properly and there was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimenation in relation to either the access road or well-site.

2069611 Primary Facility 2012-05-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appears to drilled and equipped for production. The brine tank, pump jack, and well apparatus appear to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion observed in relation to the access road or well pad area at the time of inspection.
2380334 Primary Facility 2015-06-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well was drilled and equipped for production. The brine tank, pump jack and well apparatus appear to be in sound condition. The site appeared to be restored. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the well site or access road.
