The roadside ditch on the left side of the access road as you enter the site should be stabilized with rip-rap to prevent off-site transportation of sediment. At the time of inspection there was a steady flow of water and it had not rained in days. The ditch continues along a homeowners yard and into a stormdrain along the main highway. No signs of erosion and sedimentation at the time of the inspection.
