Operator should continue to monitor the access road and well site for erosion and sedimentation until final restoration activities are complete.
1833872 Primary Facility 2009-10-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling is completed, however the well is not equipped for production. The site has been regraded, seeded, and mulched. Vegetation is taking hold. At the time of inspection, approximately 50% vegetative cover is present on-site. There are no signs of erosion and sedimentation on the access road and well site. Operator should continue to monitor the well site and access road for erosion and sedimentation.
