Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1752548 Primary Facility 2008-11-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection performed as a result of an after-the-fact waiver request. After a review of the site as constructed prior to any drilling, requested that the operator stabilize with rock the diversion ditch coming from above the site, and to outlet it to the grass area adjacent to the site, and to rock the inlet and outlet of the culvert on the access road in addition to rocking a ditch from the culvert outlet to undistrubed ground. With these two revisions the E&S plan as compiled should effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation provided the BMP's implemented are maintained properly.
1752550 Primary Facility 2008-11-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection performed after operator representative contact Water Quality Specialist Higgins and informed him that the requested changes had been made to the BMP's implemented on the site. A site visit found that the diversion ditch had been stabilized with rock, and that the culvert outlet had been rocked and the ditch went to an undisturbed area. The BMP's implemented should effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation provided they are properly maintained until final restoration of the site achieved.
1758228 Primary Facility 2008-11-10 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted site pit, e/s ok
2646529 Primary Facility 2017-10-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection well equipped for production. Brine tank within earthen dike and appears to be structurally sound. No E&S issues.
