Department requests Operator follow-up with Department, in writing upon investigation of reported concerns identifying cause of violations, what Operator has done and will do to correct situation and achieve compliance and schedule/time frame of anticipated compliance activities. Violations are being issued under 25 Pa. Code § 78.65(2) for Operators failure to restore well site within 30 days of expiration of the permit. Additional violations may be forthcoming pending Departmental investigation. Department will conduct a follow-up inspection. |
